Francis Raymond Cowan was the son fo Francis Cowan (a Farmer). Married Delia Cowan on 23rd June 1920 in the Pro Cathedral, Marlboro Street, Dublin. Resigned from the Civic Guards and emigrated to New York in 1924. Was killed during the Second World War following the Evacuation at Dunkirk in 1939. |
